Hi Folks, wanted to update this thread. I bought the humidifier in Oct and it worked fantastic till now but suddenly it has stopped producing mist. After going through all troubleshooting steps, i called the cust. support for Air-O-Swiss. They asked me to send it to them as it has a 3 year warranty but what annoyed me is that they will not pay for the shipping.
After buying the most expensive unit, i expected it to work seamlessly for a few years and and the company even wants me to pay the shipping charg...

One of my friends just took a carnival cruise with her family (2 kids) and had very good things to say about them. Looks like they have a very nice child care program and kids activities which allowed for my friend to have a good time too! :-D However she did mention that they never really got out of the ship to go roam in mexico..it was essentially a ship cruise only.

the do have good pricing too http://www.carnival.com/...

i always go for toys which allow creativity...be it lego's construction sets or beads work or art and craft stuff..the only drawback with such kind of stuff is that with all the small parts, your house does get messy...simply allocate a plastic box or bucket for each.

In general i like the Parents brand at target. My 5 yr old loves these pop beads which snap together - http://www.target.com/Parents-Pop-Beads-Snap/dp/B000UEJ8XG...

i would recommend that go for a umbrella stroller...dont spend too much...i took my combi stroller to india when my daughter was about 1 yr six months...before going it used to be soo smooth but with indian roads, its allignment got all messed up and it was never the same.
On another note, you will probably get the most use out of the stroller at the airport and within indian malls...rest of time, there will probably be enough relatives/people around to carry ur precious :)...
